Delete a floor plan transaction

Floor plan transactions seen in Dealerlogic accounting are "ReadOnly" and cannot be edited or deleted from the accounting window.  Any changes can only be made from the floor plan tab of the stock card.

A payout transaction can only be deleted if no payments have been recorded against it.

A curtailment transaction can only be deleted if no payments have been recorded against it AND no subsequent payout entry has been recorded.

A bailment transaction can only be deleted if no payment have been recorded against it AND no subsequent curtailment or payout entry has been recorded.
