When a stock item changes status, from On Order to In Stock, or from In Stock to Order Taken, no record is kept of exactly when that status changed. The only key dates that can be retrieved for historical data, i.e. at any other date than today, is the purchase date and the sale date. When running the Actual Stock Position report do not try to filter using stock statuses except if the As At Date field is blank. |
