Vehicle Sale Item

Items configured as Vehicle Sale Items will be available for selection within the Advanced Sale Screen, located against the Extras field on the Sale tab of the stock card.

Select the correct Vehicle Sale Dissection from the list.  This selection controls which field on the Sale tab of the stock card the item appears within.

Optionally select the Vehicle Sale Item Category.

Specify the Stamp Duty behaviour of the item.  Note that if unsure you should make enquiries with the State Revenue department in your state, however the generally accepted rule of thumb is that if the item forms part of the vehicle then it does attract stamp duty.  There are some items that are sold with the vehicle such as camping fridges, that although they are placed within the vehicle they do not form part of the vehicle, and therefore do not attract stamp duty.  Clearly items such as Extended Warranty, Credit Card Surcharge etc would not attract stamp duty.
