GST Invoice

Providing all required information is correctly entered, this invoice complies with the relevant GST legislation on the issuing of tax invoices.

Prerequisites:  

•Dealership Details must be correctly recorded including ABN;

•Customer Details must be correctly recorded including ABN where applicable;

•All sale details must be entered correctly from the Contract of Sale.

The invoice function requires no additional data entry as it displays all information from the Sale tab, broken down to show the GST component of each line item.

Prior to printing the invoice may be modified to add joint purchaser names, add a line of heading text and edit the description of each line item.

Prior to printing, the invoice will display in a Preview screen.  If errors are present, close the Preview and make any necessary corrections before printing the invoice.
