Load

Dealerlogic enable you to calculate load by adding different load components and recording them against a stock item in the Load field as a total amount.

Load is presumed not to be an actual cost, i.e. not something for which a cheque will be drawn and as such, does not form part of any GST calculations, as it is not an actual cost.

An example of load would be “Warranty Provision - $250.00”.

Load is determined to be a notional figure added to the Purchase Price to obtain a Total Owing.

Loads can be preset under Admin in the menu and can be added to or removed from any stock item as required.

To enter a Load, click the combo to the right of the field and select the required load.
