If the customer you are purchasing a vehicle from has concession then there is a charge to transfer the ownership from the customers name into your dealerships name. The Pro Rata Calculation transaction allows you to calculate how much you will be charged by Queensland Transport for an acquisition transaction..
Select the stock card from your Stock Locator and ensure Cylinders, Registration Expiry date and Concession the previous customer holds are entered – Transaction date must be the same as your acquisition date.
Once all fields have been completed you can check the Fees tab or print.
