Check if a Garaging Address is attached

You will complete a List Customer Garaging Address transaction to confirm if a CRN has a garaging address attached.  This transaction can be used to confirm if a garaging address is attached to a CRN for an individual or an organisation.  It also enables you to add a garaging address if it is not listed.  The best place to do this from is inside your transaction, from the CRN1 selection:

1.Click on ‘CRN1 selection’, then select List Garaging Addresses

2.Enter the CRN for your customer

3.Click ‘send’

4.This will return all of the currently listed addresses with QT for that CRN, if the garaging address is listed, click on ‘Select’

This will insert the garaging address into your transaction.

It is possible to complete the transaction separately and not as part of a registration or transfer transaction, simply select List Customer Garaging Address from the quick start menu, or from New Transaction in your QT transactions hub.  The steps are exactly the same, you just need to be mindful that the garaging address won’t be inserted into your transaction, and you will still have to do this to have it listed.
