Not always. Dealerlogic presents two methods to insert your customers CRN into your transaction, from a client card or from CRN.
Utilising the ‘from CRN’ function is by far the quickest and easiest way to process transactions. Ultimately, it eliminates the need to create a separate client card for your customer, as when the transaction is sent, the client card is saved for you as part of this process.
This situation is ideal when you have a customer who has provided a current Queensland Drivers Licence, as they have a CRN with QT and current information recorded with them. This is a fantastic and simple time saving device, which eliminates double handling.
