While you are able to create a client card manually, it is important to remember that one will be retained for you as part of your DAIS transactions, so it may not be necessary to create it prior to your transaction. But the following steps should help in creating a client card if you would like to do it manually: 1.Select Add (the summary screen will open) 2.Select if for an Individual or Organisation 3.Enter Customers/Organisations name 4.Enter customers Date of Birth/their ACN or QLD BN 5.Select Customers Gender 6.Enter Customers street address, after you have entered the suburb, tab off the field and the postcode will be inserted for you 7.Indicate customers postal address, if same as the street address then select ‘Same as street’ 8.Enter customers CRN/QLD Licence number and select the State (This will always be QLD) 9.Enter customers ABN if there is one 10.Enter customers phone numbers (home, work and mobile) 11.Click Save, then close If this card is being created for a single customer, then you are fine to save and close and this will return you to the Client Locate, however if there is a Joint Owner, Registered Operator or Renewal Paying Agent, then select the tab (depending if its for an organisation or individual) and complete the corresponding fields. |
