Failure to apply concession

If a concession is left off at the time of processing, you have the option to have the transaction reversed so that you can reprocess it or you can request it be updated by QT via Dealer Solutions by supplying the concession application form.  

An individual will also require either both sides of the PCC photocopied, a Veteran Affair's letter or a Queensland Seniors Card and a statement with the registration details.  

An organisation will need the concession application form and a statement with the registration details.
