The best way is via an online service request as this generally is the quickest and easiest way to obtain an answer.
1.Select the Help tab , then General Service Request from the Service group.
2.Enter Support area, error message, Screen Name, current operation (remember the more information you can provide, the better) then enter any additional information (be as specific as possible and provide as much information as possible.
3.Click on Lodge Request
