This is also a great method of communicating with Client Service.  Simply send through an email outlining your question.  Again, be specific and provide as much information as you can.  Remember to include contact details and always state what dealership you are from.

Whenever faxing documents through to Dealer Solutions Client Service, it is important that you always include a cover note advising – what you are sending, why you are sending it and if it is for a particular persons attention.  This way you are guaranteed that it will make its way to whom it is intended.
