What are the concession types?

There are 7 concession categories which you will encounter frequently when processing transactions in Dealerlogic:

-Centrelink Pensioner (both post and prior July 1994) (You will need their pensioner card, see example for what it looks like)

-Seniors (you will need their seniors card see example for what it looks like)

-Ex-service person (you will need a letter from the department of Veteran Affairs see page 42 for example)

-Veterans Pensioner (both post and prior July 1994) (you will need their veterans pensioner card)

-Local/semi Government (no evidence required)

-Charitable (confirmation from Dealer Solutions that the concession is still active is needed)

-Community Service (confirmation from Dealer Solutions that the concession is still active is needed)
