All Plate and Interim Labels should be recorded/saved in Dealerlogic once received. All have their own register in Dealerlogic and they can be accessed from the Docs menu.
If adding Plates for example once in the Plate Control register you will need to go to the additions tab and select add. You will be required to select the correct Plate Style, and the first and last Plate number (and check digits) from the box of plates you have received from Queensland Transport and save.
If adding interim labels you will need to go into the relevant register from the QT menu and then to the additions tab and Interim labels are added by typing in the first number and then specifying how many interim labels you wish to add.
Queensland Transport will audit all Easy Plate dealerships on a regular basis. You can also access an audit guide from each of the above registers. This will allow you to print instructions on what do to prior to and after an audit is completed.
