Acquisition - Advise QT of all Qld registered vehicles acquired by the dealership.
Acquisition transactions are performed to transfer the ownership on the vehicles your dealership has purchased from Vendor (selling customers name) into your dealerships name.
We scheduled the acquisitions when we saved our vehicles in stock so the acquisitions will be waiting to be printed from your QT transactions box. If you have not scheduled the acquisition when saving the stock card you have an option to right click on the saved stock card in your stock locator and select the option for acquisition
To print scheduled acquisitions - Select QT from the shortcut menu in Dealerlogic and go to the Printed Tab. There will be an option for Acquisition Schedule on the bottom left hand corner of the Printed Tab.
Select Acquisition Schedule and ensure all required registration numbers are ticked to include. OK and then Print.
Acquisition Schedule will then need to be taken to Queensland Transport for processing.
