The Online Support request can be accessed from Help Tab – General Service request (or Ctrl+F12) for any general inquiries you may have. These inquiries can be sent to Dealer Solutions either by Email, Printing and faxing or Lodging electronically (through your internet connection).
How do I do this?
1.Help Tab - General Service request (or Ctrl+F12)
2.Priority Support Request window will appear to allow you to enter your details, errors you may have encountered, questions you have can be recorded in the Additional field and also allow you to take a screen shot of what is open on your screen. You will then to lodge it Electronically, by Email or Printing for faxing. Select ‘Lodge Request’ to lodge Electronically.
3.You will then to lodge it Electronically, by Email or Printing for faxing. Select ‘Lodge Request’ to lodge Electronically.Once processed your response will be returned electronically.
What does the Support Queue screen do?
The Support Queue screen works best if you leave it open until all outstanding requests have been completed. If you do close it and need to reopen it, select Priority Support from the Help menu or shortcut menu.
The Support Queue will automatically refresh your screen, displaying the current status and queue position of your request. To do this relies upon an active Internet connection, so do not disconnect from the Internet before receiving your response.
If you do disconnect your Internet connection, you should untick ‘Auto Refresh” and use the Refresh button once you have reconnected to the Internet. Your response will be sent back to you when you reconnect.
Additionally, note the Queue Number of your Application. This number indicates where your Application sits in the queue in relation to other Electronically Lodged support requests currently being managed. |
