Silent Salesman is a common industry term used to describe an information sheet that is attached to the stock item for display purposes. A Silent Salesman would normally contain relevant information about the stock item including a photograph together with details of the contact salesperson and a phone number. Any notes typed into this window will print on the Silent Salesman as ‘Description’. Enter an employee by selecting from the card file or adding a new card. Ensure the card file contains a mobile phone number for after hours contact. |
