Renewal - Pay the prescribed fees to renew registration where it is due, and where the vehicle is to be driven on the road. (When a registration renewal payment is made after the expiry date, a fee must be paid. This is the responsibility of whoever is paying the renewal, regardless of ownership at the time of expiry.)
Renewal Tab
1. Enter Stock Number 2. Ensure Cylinders have completed from stock card details – if not enter manually 3. Select correct Pay term 4. Enter correct Registration Category If the renewal is being paid after the Expiry date ticking the Add RRRF (late payment fee) will allow the extra cost to be calculated to your stock card (reconditioning tab).
CTP Tab
5. Ensure the preferred CTP Insurer and CTP Class are entered If you are allocating your own CTP Policy Certificates tick to issue new CTP Certificate and allocate a policy number 6. Ensure the ITC preference is selected
All this information will allow the transaction to calculate the renewal costs to your stock card.
Heavy Vehicle Tab
Information only required when the vehicle you are renewing is a Heavy Vehicle
Fees Tab:
Shows the Total fees that will be charged for the Renewal.
Print : Paperwork is to be set aside to be taken to the Queensland Transport Customer Service Centre for processing. |
