Check Plate Owner
If processing a transaction using a personalised plate, you will need to have confirmation that you are using the correct CRN; this transaction is a great place to start. However, you will have to remember that it is a direct response from the TRAILS server, so it will give you a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answer. 1.Open the Check Plate Owner transaction 2.Enter CRN 1 and select the role type (primary customer normally) a.Enter CRN 2 (if there are any) and select the role type (secondary customer or registered operator) 3.Enter the plate number and check digit and select the state (always QLD) 4.Click send
