The Replacement label transaction is used to order a replacement label for a customer or to print a new windscreen label for a vehicle in stock at your dealership.
If requesting for a registration that is in a customers name QT will mail the registration label out to the registered owner of that vehicle. If you are requesting a registration label for a vehicle registered in your dealerships name you will be able to print the label out in this case you should tick the box in the top left hand corner to Print Cert/Label.
1.Open the replacement certificate/label transaction
2.Tick if you are wanting to print the label at the dealership (leave it un ticked to order one for your customer)
3.Select if stock vehicle or plate only
4.Enter stock number (or plate & state)
5.Select reason for replacement
6.Click Send
