Editing a saved client card

From time to time it will be necessary to edit a saved client card.  If a customer has advised that they have changed their address since their last purchase, then you will need to update their address details on their client card, this is a relatively simple process:

1.Locate the Client Card you are wanting to edit in the client locate

2.Double click on it to open, or click edit

3.Select the corresponding tab that requires editing

4.Click on the line that requires changing        

5.Click ‘edit’

6.Make the changes that are required (you may need to select combo’s to open hidden fields)

7.Then click Save and then Close

 

This has updated your client card with the customer’s new address.
