Does changing a customer's address in a Client Card update QT?

NO Changing a customers address details on a Client Card does not update their details with QT.  Your customer will have to notify QT of these changes themselves.  

It is a relatively simple process by either:

- calling 13 23 80

- visiting a CSC

- or logging on to the QT website (http:\\www.transport.qld.gov.au).
