The police book is a record of used vehicles bought and sold by dealerships in QLD. It is a requirement by the QLD Police Department and the QLD Office of Fair Trading that each dealership maintains a record and it is expected that it will be accurate and up to date.  Dealerlogic automatically creates the police book entries for you each time a vehicle is brought into stock (has a stock card created) and sold (either through transfer, a new registration or dispose).  However it is crucial that the stock locate is checked periodically to ensure that the stock cards are displaying accurately.

When do I need to print it?
