Stock Status

There are 4 different stock status types used in Dealerlogic when referring to Stock:

-In Stock – as the name suggests, these are vehicles that the dealership currently has in stock and available for sale - You view these from in stock.

-On Order – these are vehicles which the dealership has on order, that is that have not been received as yet.  They can be either on order trades, or wholesale purchases that have not arrived yet – you view these from in stock.

-Order Taken – These are vehicles that are in stock, but have an order taken on them, that is that they are still at the dealership, but unable to be set as sold as they have an order taken by a customer – you can view these from either in stock or sold.

-Sold - These are vehicles that have been sold
