If you are processing a registration to a Charitable, Community Service or a Local/Semi Government Concession, then you will not be able to print a windscreen label. In these situations, you must select Interim Label.
Don't forget - for a Charitable or Community service concession to call Dealer Solutions Client Service for confirmation that they are still entitled to it.
