Where do I get the information to create a stock card

You should always be given an inspection sheet (it may be called something different at your dealership) which has been completed by someone who is authorised to conduct vehicle inspections.  

It is crucial that this information is entered exactly as it appears on the inspection sheet, as this is what has been physically inspected off the vehicle.
